About our ordering process

Step 1

Tell us what you need

  1. Pick out and tell us what garments you want printed.
  2. Tell us what quantities sizes and colours you want.
  3. Supply us your artwork.
  4. Let us know when your need your order ready.
Step 2

Approve Quote

Once garments types, colours and quantities are sorted, you need to pay your deposit. We ask for a payment of 50% before we can start the order. Once the deposit is paid your job is booked into the system. 

Step 3

Approve Mockup

We create a digital visual of your job and this must be approved before the job will be printed. Please be sure to look over all details of the mock up before approving the proof.

Step 4

We run the presses

Now the order is finally in production. Artwork needs to be prepped, films need to be output, screens need to be burned and finally print your wonderful products. Leave this up to us!

Step 5

Pick up / Ship

Order is ready! Final invoice to be paid before pick up or shipping. You can choose to pick up from our studio in Mount Maunganui, or we can ship to you. 

Please note we only ship within New Zealand and shipping is not included in our production turn around time. Final invoice needs to be paid prior to shipping.
