The tee itself will be printed with a combination of white and ‘glow in the dark ink’ to make it truly one of a kind. 'Revolution: Who Control The Past - Now Controls The Future' on the front and Krazy Jacks circle logo with 'Lock In 2024' on the back.

Enduring comfort in a regular fit, crafted from 180 GSM 100% combed cotton. Featuring neck ribbing, side seams and double needle hems for durability and minimal shrinkage, it's a timeless choice for comfort and style. Preshrunk to minimise shrinkage.

What is your standard turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 11 – 15 working days from when the quote is accepted and deposit is paid. This is subject to change and relies on proofs being approved promptly by you, and stock availability.

We do have an URGENT service (2-5 working days: plus 30%) and a PRIORITY service (6 -10 working days: plus 15%) if needed. This is subject to availability of garments and our workload at time of order.

Can I supply my own garments to get printed or embroidered?

Yes, we can print on garments supplied by you.  However we cannot guarantee the print quality and we are not responsible for replacing any garments that might be damaged in production. 

We supply  a wide range of products for decoration and quite often we can supply and print garments for less than you can buy them, so check with us first before you buy. Not everything we have available is listed on our website so check with us if you are after something specific.

Do you charge a set-up fee?

Yes and no.

We don’t charge a set-up fee if you order your garments through us and the order is over $1,500. This is dependent on you suppling the correct print files.

Otherwise, we do charge a set-up fee. This is to cover the cost of file preparation for our machinery and systems.

For re-runs we only charge 50% of the set up for print jobs and nothing for embroidery.

All print and embroidery files are the property of Diffuse NZ Ltd.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes. Our showroom is at 50C Aviation Drive, Mount Maunganui, Tauranga and we are here Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

Please be aware we only carry a limited number of samples, so if there is something specific you would like to try on or see, contact us first to make sure we have a sample here.

What is better, Digital Printing, Screen Printing or Embroidery?

This depends on a number of factors including:

  • Your artwork, what you want on the garment or product
  • What the garment is made of
  • How many garments are being decorated
  • What the garments are being used for

We take these factors into account and will recommend the best and most cost-effective, longest lasting way to decorate your garments or products.

What is the minimum number of units I can order?

We have no minimum order for apparel, however the more you print the cheaper the cost per item becomes.

As an example it might cost you over $75 to print a single T-shirt, but if you print 500 of the same design then the cost could be as little as than $15 per unit for print and T-shirt.

Do you charge for shipping?

We don’t charge shipping on orders over $1,500 for customers within New Zealand (excludes rural, Great Barrier Island and Chatham Island addresses).

How much is shipping?

We deliver NZ Nationwide, including rural addresses. We do not ship internationally sorry. We offer 3 flat shipping rates for our limited edition merch. Bulk orders will be quoted depending on your location.

  • NZ North Island Delivery - $15.00 NZD
  • NZ South Island Delivery - $25.00 NZD
  • Bay of Plenty Local Delivery - $10.00 NZD

How do I make an order?

Just click on the product or collection of your choice, click the 'ADD TO CART' button to add it to your cart and this will show up in the right hand corner of the website.

  1. Click 'checkout' to start the process of payment selection.
  2. You can now leave special instructions or change the quantity you need.
  3. Next click 'CHECKOUT' to be taken to the payment page.
  4. Choose a Shipping option and enter any discount codes or gift cards you may have.
  5. Finally Choose a Payment Option from Credit Card then push "Complete Order." You will be notified via email with an attached pdf receipt.

How do I pay for my order? Is it safe to use my credit card?

When you checkout you are directed to Shopify secure payment gateway where you can enter your credit card or payment details safely.

What payment options do you offer?

Our Shopify payment options are: Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

What if my order is wrong, faulty, lost or damaged?

We will always do our best to make sure our customers are happy. Please email info@diffuse.co.nz, or use our Contact Us page.

What happens if the item I want is out of stock?

There are a number of options:

  • We will let you know when it is due back in stock and back-order it for you
  • We can order a similar product for you that you approve
  • We can give you a full refund for the out of stock item.

Can I order samples?

Yes. We hold a number of samples as stock in our showroom, and we are able to order samples of most products if we don’t currently have them in stock. Let us know what you are after and we will get it sorted for you.

I don’t have a design, or my design is a line drawing on a piece of paper, can you help?

Yes.  We have designers on our team and we are experts in creating great designs on the products we supply. Let us know what you are trying to achieve and see what great ideas we can come up with.

How do I know Diffuse will do a good job?

We have been printing since 2003, and our biggest source of new business is from recommendations.  We are trusted to print for a number of well-known local brands including Lower Clothing and Repertoire. Finally, we are the preferred supplier to Stoney Creek for decorating all their garments for their corporate customers.

You can be assured that we take the same care with all our customers.

Do you accept returns?

We accept NO returns for printed garments unless the garment or the print is faulty, so please order carefully. If you think your garment is faulty please email us with a photo of the issue within 14 days to info@diffuse.co.nz

We treat every enquiry different, depending on the situation.

What file types do you need?

Screen Print

  • Vector files: .eps – .ai
  • When screen printing we have to separate the colours and bitmaps make this near impossible so please supply vector files. If vector files can’t be supplied we can get the file vectored for you for an additional cost. The cost depends on the complexity of the image.
  • Specify Pantones if you know exact colours
  • Convert fonts to outlines (Adobe illustrator – select font you want to convert to outlines. Go to the main menu bar – select ‘font’ then ‘create outlines’ from the dropdown).
  • Convert strokes to objects
  • Embed any linked images.

Digital Print (DFT)

  • Vector files: .eps – .ai
  • .png files – must be saved at 300dpi and on a transparent background
  • CMYK colours
  • No fades or glow effects
  • Convert fonts to outlines (Adobe illustrator – select font you want to convert to outlines. Go to the main menu bar – select ‘font’ then ‘create outlines’ from the dropdown)
  • Convert strokes to objects
  • Embed any linked images.

Embroidery: 

  • Vector files: .eps – .ai
  • Bitmap file formats: .psd, .png – files must be over 300dpi
  • With embroidery we have to redraw the complete logo regardless of file provided
  • Specify Madiera thread colours if you can, if not pantone colours are the next best thing. Lettering needs to be at least 4mm high to be legible.

What is the order process?

The easiest way is to fill out our online quote form, which prompts you with what we need to know.

Steps are then:

  1. We will contact you if we have any further questions
  2. We will send you a quote
  3. If you are happy with the quote, simply ACCEPT the quote and PAY a 50% deposit
  4. We will then send you digital visuals to be approved
    • Once you are happy with the visuals click APPROVE
    • Reject the visuals if we haven’t got it right and tell us what we got wrong, we will re-work and re-send to you
    • We will NOT PRINT ANYTHING UNTIL VISUALS ARE APPROVED.
  5. We will print your job and contact you once it is done
  6. Come and collect your job, or we will send out to you if you are not local.

New Zealand Delivery

Shipping Options

Shipping options are shown at checkout and will vary depending on the delivery address. We ship the following day after your order is made. We ship Monday-Friday. Any orders made on a Friday will be sent the following Monday. We are unable to deliver on Saturday and Sunday sorry. Some products may have a specific delivery timeframe and it will be stated in that products descriptions.

Bay of Plenty Local Standard Shipping - $10 NZD

Please allow up to 1-5 working days for your order to arrive within New Zealand before contacting us about a late delivery. Due to Covid-19 there have been some courier delays that are out of our control.

We print all items in bulk and as such don’t hold stock of these items. Once the cutoff for the item has been reached we will consolidate all orders and print together, we will dispatch your order within two weeks of the closing date.

We are not responsible for non-deliveries if the wrong address has been supplied.

International Delivery

We currently only ship within New Zealand.

Payment Options For Limited Edition Merch

On checkout you can either opt to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay & Union Pay.

Transactions are processed immediately and in most cases your order will be shipped the next working day. We do not deliver weekends sorry.
